Q: How long have you been in business?
A: We've been selling online with the Classicphotos.com website since 1996. Prior to the internet we have been in business as Historic Photos since 1991.

Q: I don't want to order through the internet. What other ways are there to order?
A: You can either call us at 1-218-365-6219, or you can print out and fax or mail our order form.

Q: I'm ordering from another country. How much is international shipping?
A: International shipping starts at $15.00 US.

Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: All orders are shipped out within 24 hours, if not, we will let you know by phone or email. We almost always ship orders out the day we receive them, via USPS. If regular shipping (4-7 days in the USA, depending on where you are) is not quick enough, one business day and two business day FedEx service is also available.

Q: How can I order by phone or fax?

Q: I have a collectable object, photo, or item. Do you know how much it's worth?
A: . Sorry, we only deal in the images we have. Since we are not appraisers, searching the web will get you better results than asking us.

Q: Do you have any wholesale rates or volume discounts?
A: Yes we do. If you are a retailer interested in wholesale volume discounts e-mail us or call us for more information. With certain restrictions, we have lower wholesale rates. You may also fax us at (218) 365-6219, or call us with your questions: 1-800-881-1570.

Otherwise, our regular volume discount rates are:
4 for $30.00 ($7.50 each)
10 for $50.00 ($5.00 each)
25 for $100.00 ($4.00 each)
50 for $175.00 ($3.50 each)

These prices are for any combination of prints, and include sepia toned, color, and 8x10 black and white glossy photos.

Q: I need my picture now. Can you ship FedEx or UPS?
A: Yes we can. Just call us: 1-218-365-6219, or choose the FedEx options for shipping when you order online. If you need this service please call us before 12:00 Noon Central Time, so we can get your order packaged in time for the pick up deadline.
Rates:

2 Business Day FedEx Delivery starts at $20.00
Next Business Day FedEx Delivery starts at $30.00.
NEW! FedEx Priority Overnight delivery starts at $40.00.

For four prints or more,we normally ship US Postal Service Priority Mail which usually only takes two to three days to reach you. FedEx charges extra to deliver on Saturdays. Keep this in mind if you are calling on Thursday or Friday for rush shipping.

Q: What if my picture arrives damaged?
A: Our photos are packed so that they are well protected. It is rare that damage happens, but if it does, your shipment and satisfaction is guaranteed: If there was damage in shipping, we will replace them, and we will even cover the return postage. Also, if we made a mistake on your order, we will correct it immediately, at no cost to you. For any other returns, if the photo bag inside the package is unopened, and the images have not been copied or scanned, we will refund your money, less a 30% restocking fee, and shipping/handling costs.
